Allendale Dining was born from a deep passion for culinary excellence and genuine hospitality. With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, we know that every event is unique. Whether it’s an extravagant celebration or an intimate gathering, we bring creativity to every dish and treat each occasion as a shared journey.

I’m Michael, founder and Managing Director of Allendale Dining. My journey began in the British Army, where I served as a chef for 7.5 years across three tours, learning the true power of food to comfort and bring people together.
With experience spanning hotels, restaurants, golf clubs, and private hospitals, I went on to manage hospitality at
Spire Healthcare, overseeing food standards across 39 sites nationwide. Today, Allendale Dining brings all that expertise together to offer bespoke catering, where sustenance meets sophistication and every dish tells a story.
Our Journey
Our journey at Allendale Dining began as a fine dining pop-up restaurant nestled in a cottage within semi-rural Worcestershire. We are proud to have garnered significant popularity, particularly within the local community. Over time, we have had the pleasure of collaborating with many esteemed businesses. We firmly believe that the key to crafting exceptional dishes lies in sourcing high-quality ingredients.
